But 15-year olds drink Martini and King fisher? ;) But... they are telcom-customers. Soon they will need a bank - like Santander or Banco. And fuel and oil for their car (Total, Shell, Mobil1 etc) - maybe a Fiat as their first? OR a Renault? And when they need new shock absorbers they might get a 1 tier brand like

Unfortunately this is the type of attitude executives have right before their companies go under. F1 is great, but its sheer ignorance to think you don't need to attract new audiences. All those "young people" he disparages will grow into the moneyed customers he wants.

FWIW, if you ever find yourself in a trackday session with a driver like this (which you will) there's a way to handle it.

You know, I watch Top Gear for the cars, not for 60 year old Brits masturbating to a time when Britain meant something. It's been really hard to watch Top Gear for a few years because of this.

Not a specific technology, per se, but an approach to manufacturing that makes it cost-effective to upgrade components to the company's most recent technology. I have a 7-year-old BMW wagon. Why can't I easily install the latest iDrive?
