To be fair, Avengers Alliance does not force its players to post every single achievement on their Timeline. You can even turn them off completely.
The game runs in its own continuity and universe. They can add as many dead or irrelevant characters as they want.
It shouldn’t feel bad anymore as Rocket’s been ruling the meta for two years now.
The Android version has officially been shut down. You can still play by downloading a free browser called Puffin that allows access to Flash content.
I agree. Their version of Civil War II also differentiated itself from the comic books by doing a huge plot twist at the end. The tie-in event to Avengers: Age of Ultron kind of sucked, though. It was essentially a rehash of the story they did when Hank Pym got introduced.
There is demand for console games, but Marvel (or more accurately, Disney) wants to focus on mobile gaming because they’re much faster, cheaper and risk-free to produce.
Tactics closed in the second half of 2014 and this one started development in the second quarter of that same year, so it is possible.
There are still plenty of Marvel games where X-Men are available to play including Marvel Puzzle Quest, Contest of Champions, Avengers Alliance and Marvel Heroes 2016. In everything else, they’re off-limits.
Either would work, but “Iso-8” is preferred.
You can expect Marvel: Avengers Alliance 2 to feel the same way since they’ve just added an auto-play feature.

Completing the first research task will allow you to buy a new item that offers pretty high Offensive and Defensive bonuses. They come in cheap, often priced at 2,000 Silver…
I stopped playing it a while back. It’s just too grindy for my liking! They keep adding more and more characters without any regard for story or plot. What purpose do those heroes serve? It’s been ages ago since they introduced new missions.
I wouldn’t call it that. It’s a 2D turn-based game similar to classic Final Fantasy titles.
Two versions of Nova are available for recruitment: Richard Rider who sells for 90 CP, and a slightly more expensive Sam Alexander at 135 CP.
That dream team is now possible. All three of them are playable.
It’s not. It’s a generic S.H.I.E.L.D. agent players can customize to represent themselves in the game.
Developers did this back when the game was just starting to determine the perfect price for each hero. They’re priced now as follows, depending on power level and popularity: 15, 23, 33, 48, 90, 135 and 200. Some characters are only obtainable by collecting Comic Book Covers.
