A stationary player is penalized. You generally die quickly. Rush play is incredibly unrealistic... Sprinting isn’t something soldiers do repeatedly cause it physically wears you out. When you are breathing heavily. .. Like after sprinting... You cant aim or fire any weapon accurately even at closer range.
