I think it’s possible to suggest that the disk has no data because it’s so old. I would buy that, especially for disks that were not created in a professional duplication facility (which some of the more cottage industry disks were most surely not).

It’s important to remember that a lot of the games in this market were hand-produced by the authors, often using some pretty crappy art (like Akalabeth’s) on a disk label that was probably printed in Print Shop (is that even around any more, or is it too a “classic”?) In other words, it isn’t the quality of the label…

While I kinda like the nickname, I’m pretty uneasy about mocking people’s disabilities, no matter how shitty they are.
