What are you going on about? Believe it or not there are people on this planet that probably shouldn’t be having children, but hell it happens. If they had some assistance and information on the whole process they might make better informed decisions.

Better yet when your kid starts driving get them a gas card.  Also, add them on a credit line that you pay off monthly as an approved user.  Parents can help out a lot so their kids won’t have to learn the hard way.

Also, these areas that show higher incidence rates may be because of higher population numbers per sample subset and documentation of cancer incidences. Overall, a bad graph to show a very small (probably insignificant difference).
