Yeah, there was never actually a mystery here but I guess we just all need to pretend it’s some big question mark instead of the publisher wants more money to turn the graphics settings to ultra on console. womp womp.

You can say Epic sucks without being Pro-Apple. That Epic chose a target people dislike doesn’t change the fact that they’re doing some scumbag things. I have a lot of issues with Epic and they have a history of some scumbag maneuvers. Hell, the way they’ve handled their game store alone could lead to a 5 page rant.
Ugh. I just went from “not really caring because Fortnite is dumb, but thinking it’d be interesting if Epic won against Apple” to “hoping Epic suffocates from having its head so far up its own ass.”
Yeah, that’s how I’ve been reading it.
So in other words, Apple is bad, help us so we can become just like Apple.
Tim Sweeney must have fucking brain worms, because this is the most intensely stupid argument I have ever seen. If you want to get your bullshit marketing platform (masquerading as a video game) onto mobile devices, follow the fucking rules or build your own damn phones. No one is going to provide a platform for you…
It’s also temporary.
They were cool.
Maybe I’m in the minority, but I actually didn’t mind the Fireworks.
Not the same as running locally (Streaming from PS4 hardware, so no benefit, in fact much worse), and who the heck wants to sub to PSNow?
“Should be” in what sense? Some companies never release games on PC. And a generation or two ago, it probably wouldn’t have been a thought. “Should” we have been able to play SNES games on PC, or is it just now that we’ve gotten a taste for not having to buy consoles, we expect it?
a lot of people hated the chalice when the game came out and continue to hate it now. I kind of like it. I’ve played hours and hours of Diablo with friends and it always ends up with 4 of us wandering to separate corners of the map having to find each other before moving on, each working on separate quests, constantly…
Eh you lost me at calling the story forgettable. Environmental storytelling is my favorite form of storytelling, and the original Crystal Chronicles is master-class at it when compared to other, convoluted ad narrative heavy Final Fantasys.
This $70 shit needs to be shut down right now. I can’t understand how the truly high-end version (PC) is $60, but the next-gen console versions are $70. This is nothing more than a cash-grab.
The fact that the PC version, which is probably the “best” version in terms of technical prowess, still costs $60 after all this mess, shows that the $10 next-gen tax is pointless bloat—or that the PC version is undercooked.
I have said it before and Ill say it again:
Press F to pay... too much.
Yeah, no deal, Activision. You’re arbitrarily charging people 10 bucks worth of “next gen tax”, which is an idea I don’t subscribe to.
About fifteen bucks per colon dot.
Well thats Activision for you 😶
