wait, what he was saying is that they did the right thing here... they heard an allegation, investigated, and when it was found to be legitimate and supported they acted decisively.  They didn’t just act on an allegation, they acted on a SUPPORTED allegation with proof.

The initial allegations of misconduct have since been corroborated by numerous sources. That’s the important part: corroboration. Allegations need to be investigated before people are punished.

“Hi, yeah, I’ll take an iced oat milk latte, and also did you know that I killed the Rat King?” For Abby, though, it’s nothing more than yet another undead nightmare that stands between her and her goal.

I was too stressed the fuck out to even think about the mechanics of this fight. I was running for my life and taking every chance I could to shoot it or throw bombs at it. It felt like an accomplishment after it finally went down, when I had no idea how long it was gonna take or if I was gonna have enough supplies to

To be fair to Ari I think most of his articles are fairly positive. I think you might be getting confused with just about every other writer on the internet at the moment -- where they critique how bad the game is while also saying how good the gameplay is.

I mean, it’s not really supposed to be a tactical, dynamic fight, it’s supposed to be a mad scramble just to stay alive while you unload every single bullet and pipe bomb you have into the thing. The game stocks you up plenty beforehand and there’s ammo littered everywhere in the environment where the fight takes

Loved this game from the opening, playing as a thief instead of a typical hero and the twist that princess wanted to be kidnapped! The game was a nice throwback to the classics and had enough twists to keep it fresh.

I loved it precisely because it made me feel like I’d been punched in the gut for 30 hours.

ding ding ding. it takes its sweet time getting there - and the game it surrounds undermines its point - but i thought it was clear the story examines and deconstructs “misery” (except it’s really grief) then loops back around into “people and life are worth it anyway.” but hey whatever, just our reading.

Calling this game torture porn or a misery simulator is deliberately reductive. Getting very tired of these “The Last of Us 2 is just a game that tries to tell you violence is bad” takes. If that’s the case, Mad Max Fury Road is just a car chase movie. Get Out is just a “racists are bad” movie. Parasite is just a“class

Trump in particular is a dead man walking, will be out of office in January”

I’ll believe it in January.

If anybody truly wants him out of office, do not listen to the polls or pundits.  Go out and vote no matter what!

Good info, but did you see this part of his comment:

For the same reason most actors don’t use their real birthname in their career. It offers a degree of anonymity if they make it big and a lot of times, ESPECIALLY for female streamers, it offers another safety net in that someone can’t just pop their name into public record and find them with minimal effort. It’s for

Dad, Mom says to shut off the computer and come up for dinner!

This is rehashed every time the game is brought up I know but man I really wish there was a third person option for this. I have the same issue with stealth in first person and in general, have an easier time with perception in 3rd. I absolutely love everything I’m seeing about this, and if it even hits 1/100th of the

There is no direct correlation. They don’t go “they’re big and stupid like certain real world examples *wink wink*” or anything of the sort. What they’re getting at here is “people can see racism in this fantasy, where literally everything is controllable by the creator of the story (GM), and so we’re going to make it

The difference being that MoviePass was awesome for consumers while it lasted. I don’t think anyone is going to miss Mixer.

Going broke after bribing so many streamers to move over?

Unity is mid-tier, but better than most players give it credit for.

At least Unity (once it was patched) still plays like an Assassin’s Creed game, albeit one with some serious growing pains as it was the first to ditch the PS3/360 and try to make the most of the PS4/XBone. Its greatest sin is that it should have been delayed so it could be fixed, especially since they still had Rogue
