In competitive battles Infernape is probably more useful but Swampert was an absolute beast during my Ruby Nuzlocke. To date he still feels like the most powerful starter I’ve ever had in any pokemon game. 

Usually it’s either censorship banning it in that country or some liscensing/distribution thing. With Revengeance it might be a Konami JP vs Konami US thing.

Why do you think people only go to stores to buy physical media? Online shopping is a thing too you know. You can impulse buy something off amazon at 2am just as easily as clicking it into your cart on the eshop or steam.

Seems like it would run on a potato if you do decide to get a cheap laptop or something. I agree with the other guy though, nintendo tends to put the metal slug games in the eshop in some form or another so it seems like a Switch port is pretty likely.
