I paired Cordelia and Lon’qu. Ended up having a broken skill stat so I’d always proc something when I attacked, and I’d usually crit as well. I think Severa just ends up being a beast no matter who her dad is. Maybe it’s the power of tsundere?

Awakening had time travel elements in it’s plot and Fates had some dimensional shenanigans going on. They could easily just advance the plot forward X years and have the children grown up and in their parent’s army and not have weird time/dimensional justifications for it but whatever. It is what it is.
Mechanically…
Did Dead Cells claim to be 2D Darksouls? It’s clearly more of a SOTN inspired roguelite. At least, that’s how it looks to me.
Browsing through the articles and at first glance I thought that top image was a guy pretending to play his minigun like a guitar. Had to scroll back up to double check.
I still have this guide actually. It’s true that it won’t tell you sidequest stuff, minigame tips, hidden ATEs, or secrets but it is fine as a sort of spoiler light walkthrough kind of guide. It tells you exactly where to go and gives you just enough info on bosses to succeed. You can sometimes parse out what the…
I-is that against the rules? I mean, she’s fighting with her hair, not her arms. I feel like we need some official rule clarification here Nintendo.
Jesus, was it already two years ago? I feel like Fates just came out. I’m still grinding out support conversations when I’m out running errands and doing laundry and stuff.
I might have to skip this. It sounds like I’ve caught franchise fatigue.
Well it was a timed PS4 exclusive, right? I imagine a rather large portion of it’s sales is coming from the console side, which obviously had better marketing than it’s PC release. At least, I assume so since I picked it up on PS4 without even knowing it was coming to Steam.
I thought Splatoon felt very Nintendo from the start. They’ve always been great at making these bright, colorful, character designs.
It was a joke XD. You seemed really enthusiastic about bikes and I found it a bit weird. Now I know why.
I detect a mountain bike shill.
Hell yeah it is! The first one had awesome music too.
I have no problem shooting and dodging at the same time, but I’ve always held the controller while resting my middle fingers on the L2/R2 buttons and my pointer fingers on the L1/R1 buttons (Is this hard/uncomfortable for people with smaller hands? I’m genuinely curious).
I have thought about swapping lock on and…
ROS really did fix a lot of D3's problems. It’s in a much better place these days compared to launch. The loot patched helped a ton as well. Less grind is always good.
Yeah, there have been a ton of tweaks to dungeon crawler games since D2 that have made for a much more satisfying game experience. Even simple stuff like the shared item stash that most crawlers have these days is missing in D2. There is certainly a lot of room for improvement if they did do a remake.
Don’t get me started on printers. They’re all garbage.
Redline wasn’t really my kind of movie, but the animation in it was fantastic. Definitely worth seeing it for that alone. Some of the music was fun too.
Decent picks. Kinda wish Sword of the Stranger was in here, but I’m sure that there’s a ton of “where’s ___ at?” going on already so I’m not gonna be pushy about it. I just have a lot of respect for bones so I’ve been shoving this movie at people ever since I saw it.
That Touhou duet of Flandre’s theme was awesome
Real game? Please, ARAM is the real game as far as I’m concerned. Making the Howling Abyss was the best thing Riot’s ever done. Playing ARAM in custom lobbies (“we’ll stay in lane and not recall, we promise *snicker *) was a bit of a nightmare back in the day.
