Drudge intentionally choose the simplicity of the design. And apparently his choice worked - the site consistently is among the most visited sites on the Web. If you think Drudge put that image up there by mistake, you’re dumber than however dumb you think all the Trump voters are, combined.

Did you know Trump wants to lower income taxes to FUCKING ZERO on anyone making under $25k a year? Of course you didn’t because you’re busy tugging to videos of Berkley protestors burning street lamps and throwing rocks at Amazon advertisements on your laptop that was shipped to you by FUCKING AMAZON!

The silly thing is that Drudge often plays games/makes jokes with its images and story placement. Search “Drudge Juxtaposition” for MANY examples.

If you thought it was meant to be taken seriously, you clearly (1) don’t follow Drudge or (2) are letting your political bias cloud your sense of humor.

Drudge knows the image is fake. They are making fun of Iran, who released this photo in 2012. And by saying Drudge does not use humor shows what a humorless person you are; Drudge is always making fun of America’s enemies, both foreign and domestic.

The chance that Drudge knew how ridiculous the picture was before posting it is approximately 100%

The percent of people that had an increased sense of fear after looking at this picture is approximately 0%

The Giz of the last two weeks reminds me of my youngest child, the tattle-tale. In my head I read each headline in the voice he uses while pointing accusingly at a sibling, and it’s always spot-on.

“Not known for its humor?” Like it or not, the Drudge Report is well known for playing around with that main image. Usually it’s by playing between the headline and the image. I’m not saying they are knee slappers, but it’s pretty common.
