My brother paid $13k to get one only ~3 years used back in 2004 (his is a 01). Its been totaled and he bought it back from and repaired it with a restored title, still owns and races it. The value your insurance thinks its worth is probably way less than $5750.
Eh, I never saw this as anything other than a cuteish uninspiring convertible for some HS girl named Jennifer.
