I’ve thought about this.
There’s a finite number of phone numbers isn’t there?
If I change my number, which receives it’s fair number of spam calls, what are the odds the the new number isn’t already on a bunch of robo-call lists?

They’re still pushing that idiotic burrito wrap ‘hack,’ though.

I wish Del Taco was on the east coast. Our option for chain tacos is Taco Bell and Chipotle. Moe’s if we’re lucky to be in the right area.

Two cans of beans, a pack of tortillas, and a bag of shredded cheese is probably about $8.50 with tax. Heck, hit the sales and you might be able to toss in some salsa or a can of Rotel, too.

Two articles in a row about not trusting Tik Tok. You guys might be on to something heretofore only known to 98% of the population.

It’s a pretty sad burrito. You might as well go to Kroger and buy a couple cans of pinto beans, some Mexican cheese, and a pack of tortillas. The cash outlay would be a bit more, but you could have quite a few bean burritos that way.

Don’t believe every any TikTok food hack you see

Sure, but a lot of them are more and more “tamper resistant” in so much as, if the Wendy’s sticker (for example) is torn in half on my my bag of food, I’m going to notice if it has been put back together with staples or scotch tape.

Or have the company hiring these drivers to pay them properly, then you do not have to tip.... I know North America is used to tip but many countries around the world do not. They just pay their employees an adequate salary.

FUCKING PAY FOOD-SERVICE WORKERS LIVING WAGES SO WE CAN RETIRE TIPPING!!!!

RIGHT?

I’m with you.

I’m firmly in the “No tip until delivery” bandwagon. Too often have I had my outright delivered to the wrong apartment because drivers seem to have some difficulty reading building+unit numbers, food being missing, and deliveries not arriving. Sure, I can go through the process of getting a refund, but

They are too lazy to go pick up food. Or you are too cheap to get food delivered. I typically end up on the being too cheap side of the argument, but occasionally do order.

Short term - Just tip the fucking driver when you order. You’re already supporting the company. Support the person bringing you your food.

Class, today’s lesson, modern America:

So, you’re in on the conspiracy too, huh? Everyone (who isn’t secretly a lizard-person) knows the New World Order sparked the rise of the aluminum manufacturing industry not because it is a cheaper, far more abundant and easier-to-work-with metal than tin, but rather, because while tinfoil blocks mind control rays,

We would have also accepted, “Ground Control to Major Tom.”
