I highly recommend Derek Howes' aka "Protein Chef" aka "DHFTNS.com" recipes! The desserts especially are great for taking the edge off of that sweet tooth, while still getting a pretty healthy food. I've made more than a dozen different recipes from his site and they've all been good. I make his bodybuilding turkey

I've had some of these for about a year and a half now. I put the lid for the smaller one inside of the larger bowl, and just rest the smaller one inside, and on top of its own lid. Works great.

I thought the same as you a few years ago when I was 26 and 6' 265#. I ate at a huge caloric deficit (around 1800 calories gross), and put in two hours a day at the gym with a mix of cardio and weight lifting. I was taking in around 185g of protein/day. In 5 months I lost 50# and felt great. Now at 32 years old

What abs? There's no muscle definition there; just a flat stomach. Which is better than I can say for myself, but there aren't defined visible ab muscles.

Yes! I have a certain brand/cut/size of jeans that I've found fit me perfectly. I put that info on eBay and instead of paying $85-100 for a new pair, I get a gently used pair for around $35-45.

What I really want is the bed frame.

I'm still seeing the link. I have it open but haven't had a chance to look at it yet.

I'd be very interested in seeing this, and comparing it to my own budget calculator. Do you have a blank template that you might be able to share? I have one that I just use to track my monthly bills/income. I have a (very) outdated template of the one I use presently at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/cc…

The all important question, "will it also work with sweet potato fries?"

To dispel one common misnomer that you restated: frozen fruits/veggies actually have more nutrients than their fresh counterparts. Discussed here http://www.eatingwell.com/nutrition_heal… but also available through numerous research articles.

No mention of foam rolling, lacrosse balls, etc? I know it's a form of massage/myofascial release, but it has been shown to work well for sore muscles. I know I feel much better after spending time with the foam roller.

Use the scale sparingly, but grab a tape measure and use that to determine how effective your program is. That's the best way to measure your success.

If you do weight training (and you should be) then BMI should be the least important thing on your scale. I'm not going to say you need to throw the scale out, because there's something to be said for maintaining a healthy weight that you're comfortable with. BMI does not account for lean muscle mass.

Thanks! This picture would have made so much more sense to include.

Thanks for clarifying, I see it now.

How does this car not have digital climate control? It can't add much in the way of weight, and with all of the other bells and whistles, it seems like a glaring omission.

My parents got one of these as a wedding present in '77 and still have/use it regularly. There have been some minor repairs over the years, but overall the thing is a champ.

I would agree with you on the older models, the one I have now is a queen that's about 10 years old, but the newer ones don't seem to be that way. At least not in the ones I tried in the store. Obviously I'll be able to tell better after I've had this new one for awhile.

Never once had an issue with my original bed and our cat. The air bladder is pretty well protected. The newer beds have the foam topper as well, making it even more difficult for a cat's claws to get through.

A Sleep Number (Select Comfort) adjustable air mattress. My parents bought one for me around 20 years ago when I was young, and I've never looked back. The years I was away at college without mine, I noticed a big difference in my sleep when I came home on the weekends. Now I've finally ordered a new one and can't
