Yes. And we talk about those parts that might be questionable. Problematic information isn’t limited to the past. My kids are and will be inundated with questionable media their whole lives, and I need to help them develop the skill of reading and watching critically.  I’m not doing them any favors by pretending they

Good article. You can get great photos on an iPhone, especially when paired with the convenience of always having it with you. I’d add two thoughts:

Thanks for the info. Good stuff. Knowing is good. Following through with help is even better, but also harder.

I was prepared to hate this game because I’m comparing it not only to the old X-Wing and TIE Fighter games, but to my rosy memory of them.

Fair point, if the debate itself was the end of it.

Agree, but it’ll never happen.

I only figure it out in those rare situations where I find out later that’s what was happening. I notice the behavior, but I assume I’m misreading it. Occam’s Razor: “They’re flirting with me,” requires the most assumptions, so it’s way down the list of possibilities.

Huh. Aren’t these the same folks blasting the left for “cancel culture?” Cuz that sure sounds cancel-y.

Nothing wrong with the article. But I don’t care what behaviors they list — unless that behavior is saying, “I am flirting with you,” out loud the odds of me correctly reading a flirting situation is exactly zero.

Above all, don’t allow it to get them what they want. Kids are smart about stuff like that, and they’ll keep doing it if it works.

Thank you.

Agree. Definitely. I’m focusing on the aspect that just because something is in the CARES Act doesn’t mean it has anything to do with the nominal purpose CARES Act.

To ensure needed infrastructure to support zero-emission vehicles, the order requires state agencies, in partnership with the private sector, to accelerate deployment of affordable fueling and charging options.

If Finance asks me about it, fine. No harm, no foul.

Good grief. Does it come with a guy playing a flame thrower guitar or is that optional?

That’s not a bad question. I’m not defending the Pentagon spending, nor of the military-industrial complex in general, nor the administration’s tendency to ignore laws.

To be fair, they have followed through with major improvements without trying to sell the missing content through DLC or a season pass or whatever. In the current game studio economy that’s pretty remarkable. I can give them credit for that. They messed up and are at least trying to make it right.

Those home makeover shows have always been like the old school dubbed Japanese Iron Chef for me. I watched for the novelty or oddity of it, not because I liked what they ended up with. I rarely thought while watching either of them: “Yeah, that looks good.”

Absolutely. The best lies are the most true. It’s funny because it gets it so right.

And since we have like terms, this further simplifies to XJ35.
