Both those trailers are pretty bad, but Patriots Day just has a huge "too soon" feel to it. It just seems like the filmmakers were too eager to cash in on a tragedy, especially considering it was announced early last year.

The location of the Conan parody was a real library though, not a fake store front. It was the Canyon Country Public Library, in Santa Clarita, CA.
