I like the lock screen portion of this tweak, the banner notification doesn't make much sense to me. You could just open the messaging app at some point instead of the endless scrolling as shown in the video. Great idea and implementation though. Might have to check it out!

there's a dedicated tweak called "QuickTweet." I love it. It doesn't allow you to upload images, just text but it's still pretty useful. Also, I STRONGLY recommend IntelliScreenX.
