Correct. But, while it was not being shown on the local Fox affiliate, it was being shown on Sunday Ticket. Once it came on Fox, they blacked it out on ST.

The game was not blacked out. It was being pre-empted by the continuation of the previous game. At least in Los Angeles, it was on Sunday Ticket.

I have Sunday Ticket and was able to watch the Cowboys/Seahawks game from the start and the Bengals/Panthers game was on my local affiliate. They blacked out Sunday Ticket at halftime and forced me to switch over to the affiliate.
