That’s a funny kind of thing, isn’t it? Watch a scifi show like Babylon 5 and the fans will grumble when you introduce a fantasy concept like souls. They’re cool with spaceships and aliens but that’s scifi, not fantasy. Have ice zombies and dragons in a fantasy story and that’s cool but time travel feels too scifi.
