People would rather have their pet become a projectile into their face during a crash rather than just say, “No, not now!”.

Lazy poster or not, the ad reeks of red flags. The lack of pictures and info, combined with the 15 month flip. Coinsidering the $15,750 winning bid after the BAT fees, this person will have lost money in the purchase. If they did buy this and ship it to California, why sell it again now? Too many questions.
$70k for a Civic and you let them leave that dealer advertising sticker on it?
Accounting for inflation before it happens is not a good pricing model for automobiles. I give you credit for coming out and posting your reasoning.
Why is this person copy-pasting the list of ridiculous search terms like a shady car dealer? Someone shopping a Porsche GT3 or Panamera is DEFINITELY looking for a high mile, 80's Audi people-hauler. /s
Yep. Everything in context.
I was going to say Indiana Jones Adventure Gumball Machine Experience! You wait at the bottom with your hat, and when the giant gumball comes out, you start running!
Dann! That kit looks like a clean, mid-engine car! Does it properly cool the engine? That front end makes me suspicious!
Perhaps they should require a third axle on these heavier vehicles, and classify them for what they are: Excessive trucks, and not passenger vehicles.
They also mention that it was featured in magazines, but they don’t provide any copies. Something lazy is going on here. Until you provide the media, your claims are vaporware!
Agreed. At this price it should either have cleaner bodywork, or it should be track ready. This thing is just asking for excessive repairs it you bump into anything. ND for the insurance nightmare with exposed rivets.
There’s one way to find out....
Agree! This “Not my job” excuse has got to stop!
I have a paint panel (I worked in an auto paint plant during summers in collage) which is dusty rose in daylight, and purple under many streetlights. I think it’s awesome! They also had a bright green that flashed blue and a dark blue which flashed purple.
As a big fan of green, I support this! I also point-out that getting a hue of metallic green that looks good in all lighting can be tricky.
They printed “work hard, play hard” on the back of a cushy cruiser? Not playing very hard, I see.
That’s what looking at a bunch of bloated SUVs all day will do to your sense of taste.
I use windshield covers and go one step further by putting a tarp over the cabin of our cars (sedan and wagon). I use short 2x4s as weight. Ice, frost, and snow just comes right off when I pull down the tarp. I then fold it up and put it next to the house. If there is freezing rain, the roof tarp keeps the water from…
Thanks for the tip. It has too much horsepower for my needs, but gets bonus points for not being an SUV.
Yeah, you paid what you thought was a fair price. No one wants to hear you gripe about your timing versus market forces.
