Yes, you don’t online auction much, do you? The serious bids don’t really start happening until the last hour.

It was my second time at my city’s annual car show, and I was looking at a 289 Cobra in silver, owned by a 30's looking female. I was assuming she was an engineer, and was going to ask how she acquired the car, when an ~8 year old boy ran full speed at her car, stopping himself with a double hand-plant. I was nearly

This Talon from last spring went down as a CP, and I think it’s the more desirable car. I would have been tempted by the Talon.

Good points. The system has broken. Teams will need to adapt, since I don’t see the league or college executives making a productive change. Come to think of it, I believe it has been some years since I saw a good vetran-rookie quarterback mentoring situation.

I was raised in the 80's so you get a star for effort. I also liked the joke.

Something to be said for that. I hope they realize that mentorship is also helpful in this league. In my opinion, too many teams “go young”, but expect the youngsters to develop on their own. On the other side, I see teams hiring a “washed-up” backup quarterback, whose value comes in their work with the rookie. I wish

I will point out that no other quarterbacks are lighting it up in San Fran. Perhaps the problem is not the QB.

They thought they could follow the Microsoft business model.

Unless the Russians tamper with Polldaddy, this this will go down as a CP.

But you DO get a Lada car for it. (You flipped your punchline.)

Makes sense. Isn’t the Y-chromosome simply a dangling penis with flat testicles?

That’s all the space and lawyers would let them do.

And sales being ruined by speculators when the bubble burst around the release of the 220. Too many people put their deposits to buy and flip them, and then canceled when the market for supercars dipped, loudly blaming the engine switch for their change of heart. Read a great article about this about 18 months ago. I

They could do 200hp in the 90's with a V6 at the expense of torque, especially at the low end. Not ideal for a minivan. My ‘99 Windstar had that 200hp, but 240 lb-ft. Drove like a truck, but part of that was the transmission.

Did that Citroen have defroster wires as well??!!! I guess you wouldn’t want your wipers freezing to your headlamps.

How often do you reverse on an active street? That type of unpredictable behavior is a good way to ask for a crash. Even with 20' behind them at one point in time, the cars could still be moving forward. I’m siding with the robot.

Even if you have space behind your car, if you’re on an active street, it’s dangerous to start backing up, since you can’t judge what the car behind you is doing. Being predictable helps avoid a lot of accidents.

This is pre-cup holders. Probably spilled their coffee several times. Remember, cup-holders used-to be your groin.

I almost NP’d it just for the window cranks!

My family is part of an influenza study at the local university. When we get sick, samples go to a lab for testing. Last year is the first time they shared results with us. “No influenza was detected last year in your household.” Flu shots rock! We still got sick, but it was something else. We’ll take it!
