Do you have a source saying that the NCPA or this specific article is a crock? That is a genuine question/request, not trying to be a smart ass. I had never heard of them and tried to look into their legitimacy before I posted but was not finding much.

A lot of manufacturing goes into a car. My thought has always been, go for a small gas/tdi vehicle if you are worried about fuel efficiency.
