I was wondering the exact same thing. If it's a lease, and assuming BMW agreed to refund monies spent on the nav, then you would be looking at pro rating the amount spent each previous month and adjusting future payments. Asking for a lump sum sounds ridiculous.

The fiancee and I happen to own the exact same jeep that is pictured and I would rather see it totaled in a wreck than fall into the hands of the same owner. That thing is horrible....absolutely horrible.

That's what i was expecting.... Especially if they threw in a clip of the gauges in their airplane-like mode. No special effects needed and it would be very very batman-like.
