I was at least expecting the whole system to be on wheels. And def expecting the turning of an axle (maybe some gearing) not winding of fishing line. It would take a whopping 20 minutes to make this 10 times better.

I would kill for a house in CO and would love to have a lift! I'm looking for a house right now with the fiancee and i'm just hoping for a three car garage so i have a slot for workroom.
Sadly it cannot... I walked through the house during the building process and the floor up the upper garage was solid cement. That would have been so awesome though... It'd be like walking into a tire & lube shop.
Perfect comparison. The picture alone says it all.
I have seen the show car garage many of times over the years, but this storage one is new for me. Definitely like it. It would be impossible for me to not pull one of those out of the garage everyday.
Definitely blurs the line between garage and museum, in an amazing way.
I watched this so many times....
There's always going to be those people that have a tattoo for a "good reason" and those that don't. It's all relative to the person with the tattoo and the person that doesn't have the tattoo as to what constitutes a "good reason".
I have a whole slew of questions about this story but I think the biggest one, which opens up a can of worms, is, what kind of condition were these cars in before the fire took them?
That's exactly what I was thinking
First thought that crossed my mind.
Beat me to it as well
word.
That's true and I felt the same about the last GTO. But with the way Lotus is changing as a whole, it would seem even more fitting that this would be a fine car if it wasn't a Lotus.
Watched at work, on mute, knowing I wasn't missing anything. Not a good thing.
