Same. Loved the first season, and it was sweet without being a sermon in costume drama form. Aaaand then season two arrived. But season 1 was enjoyable.
While I would LOVE a Clinton/Warren ticket, I think it’ll be Castro. That is going to be a fantastic ticket. I like the one-two punch ticket of the Leading Lady and Latino from Texas against “I’m great with the ladies/Build a wall” Trump (and which ever GOP clown gets pushed into his sidecar).
There is a list, but not a long one.
I think that’s the big thing that gets overlooked. Empathy, valuing the lives of others, respecting women as people...these are TAUGHT behaviors. It starts at home.
I’ve used AirBnB a few times and love it. Most recently was right before my move to a very large city. Being new to this city, I did all the research I could about which neighborhood would be right for me, but there’s only so much you can learn from the Internet. I booked a couple nights in a couple different…
My first thoughts exactly.
I would watch that movie.
Aaaaaaand NBC Universal has blocked all of their own promo content from YouTube. Seems about right.
As gross as his comments/amendment suggestions were, I’m more disgusted by the fact that he tacked this on to a bill aimed at human trafficking. There are moments for levity and this was not one of them. Comedy is about timing.
Yes. Please. First the Cabinet and then the Board Rooms of America. It would be a very nice start.
I don’t understand your point here. No, it’s not all men. But it’s an actual thing that many women have to deal with online. Every day. So it IS an issue. It’s a real thing that is happening. Just because you’re sick of hearing about it doesn’t fail to make it relevant.
Kudos to Katehi for being the first administrator to attempt to use ‘Jedi Mind Trick’ as a crisis management tactic.
A swing and a miss. A big, big miss.
This.
I’ll bet it did feel assholish to the people who lost out on the concert, but that’s kind of the point. If they’re pissed about Springsteen canceling, PayPal halting expansion, the NBA potentially relocating the All-Star game...etc then maybe they’ll take action, call/write their legislators and vote out the people…
