Only on the EPA tests where the engine isn’t under real world load. My Hemi averages 18 MPG and the guys I know with Ecoboosts get 17-18. You are talking about the 18 3.5 that is either not out yet or just coming out

More cylinders=more torque. Sixes now make mid to high 20s; its the eights making over 20, which is good.
It definitely lost the characteristic look; you can remove all badging and bring someone from 1995 to the future in 2018 and they’d be able to tell it was a Dodge Ram.
The oldest of the 4th gens are already 9 years old. They are aging well and will continue to do so
Different for sure, but also consider the Laramie used to be an addon package to the SLT for the BR/BE in the 90s and 2000s
With how many cylinders making how much power and rated to tow how much weight?
Yep, past 10k with half tons its just a pissing contest. I’d have a 3/4 ton if I towed over 4 tons regularly
Nobody’s pretending; if you think 20 isn’t good in a truck then I take it you’ve never driven one past a full tank
I think the Crew Cab looks like a Tundra from the side
The current model is the DS, T comes after S in the alphabet. Mopars all have a (usually) 2 letter body code-the Wrangler is the JK, getting replaced by the JL, the Cherokee is the KL, Charger is LD, Challenger is LY....
The current 5.7 Hemi already gets the same mileage as the 3.5 EB
They’re actually pretty intuitive and save a lot of space. Have you driven one?
Silverado is power down and up, Ram and Ford are just power open
Yes, because the current Rams have a 900-1800ish payload range and people bitch that that isn’t enough. Mine is 1580 which I think is plenty
You can get a 5" or 8.4" screen too
IIRC the HDs will be updated in 2021, with the chassis cabs in 22 or 23
There is a Sport, its an option package added to the Bighorn rather than a standalone trim. I think the 2019 Rebel looks much better than the current one, plus it will be available with mechanical suspension and a quad cab instead of crew cab air suspension only. Those were my big gripes with the current (DS) Rebel.
I…
Until you have a passenger in the bench seat and their knee knocks the truck out of gear
A 2018 Ram is no more than 3 inches bigger in any dimension than a 1994 Ram for a comparable cab and bed configuration. The taller sides due to reduced clearance mandated by safety features just make it look that way
Just power open
You need progressive coils, the stock ones are linear. Leaf packs like other trucks use are progressive rate
