Yes, you have to keep reporting adverse events once drugs are approved, and there is routinely NIH funding to follow approved drugs in trials. (medical research is my field.)

Put in on a pan like the one in the photo, so the grease will drip away, then bake on high heat until crisp. Then drain the drippings away and save to use in place of butter on grilled cheese sandwiches.

The thing is, it is the awful stuff that is funny to write about, but the awesome parts don't make for hilarious writing. The good more than balances out the bad.
