What did you think you knew about Justin? He and his party always have been and always will be corrupt and two-faced. That is what sucks about being a leftist in Canada. You either get the tories taking money from EVERYTHING and handing it directly to corporations or you get the “liberals” that say they are going to

He should resign immediately.

G-D it Robicelli, are you really talking me into dropping more than five bucks on a jar of pasta sauce?  You’re clearly saying it tastes far more than twice as good as a jar that would cost half as much, though, so I gotta let the math guide me.

why qualify with ‘as a child?’

If you’re doing the math at home it’s about 200 grams of sugar.  A twelve oz soda has about 39 grams of sugar.

A teenager deep-sea fishing off the coast of Norway the other day accidentally hooked an enormous, prehistoric fish.

I would love to see Tom get asked, “What’s it like to be a short old guy in a tall young guy’s world?”

“The AR-15 is by far the most popular gun in America, by far,” she said. “I was just in middle-of-nowhere Wyoming... if you’re talking about taking people’s guns from them, there’s going to be a lot of violence.”

Greenland is not “full of white people”. The vast majority, a bit below 90% last time I checked, are Inuit or mixed. The Norse settlements in Greenland died out in the 1400s.

The idea is not completely bonkers, at least from a U.S. standpoint. We bought Alaska from the Russians, after all. But the WSJ article rather clumsily (but predictably) overlooks the fact that it’s really not up to us.

There’s an argument to make in a future competitive (and melting) Arctic that this could benefit US national security. I don’t buy that for a second as his motivation, but you could make the argument without sounding like an idiot.

Part of the reason people, who can afford it, fly private jets is that they can do any damn thing they want— include take their dog, the sitter, the nanny, the chef and the butler along.

This is dog, am good.

Literally the country whose strategic interests are best aligned with ours is Iran but nobody wants to talk about it

These are made by AI, yes? Or some kind of program. Because I don’t think humans talk this way.

“But I realized it was my fault for the problems I was dealing with, and not Amazon’s.”

Aside from that statement sound like it came out of the mouth of the greasiest glad-hander that has ever existed, it just doesn’t sound

Vinegar has replaced most cleaning chemicals in my house. I even used a vinegar and baking soda combo to unclog my bathroom sink instead of using draino recently!
