Yes and no. Their character design style doesn’t change all that much, but you can clearly see the effects of modern trends and technological advances in the general aesthetic of the work. Just like modern Disney animation is still unmistakably Disney, but you’d never confuse a frame from a modern work with one from

Not in the US, Canada or Japan, eh?

Now playing

No, this is a completely different studio. OLM is busy enough with the series and movies, so whenever they do side projects like this, TPC usually contracts out other animation studios.

Probably all us British people were too busy despairing over our political situation to turn up for recording.

Well, I saw this on Twitter this morning when Grimes tweeted it, and considering who would be the father, and what kind of people listen to her music (me, gamer-girls, tech-geeks in general), I kinda do think it belongs on Gizmodo. This is the woman whose first album was entirely dedicated to Dune, ferfuxsake, and who

The only reason I clicked was because you said it was NSFW. Otherwise I had no idea who she is.

I read the last part of your statement as “...didn’t even look at the titty bar.”

I’m disappointed that the first comment is already dismissive of the entire concept of thinking critically about topics like this. I found the article very informative and enlightening, and I think we should be having conversations like this. Writing it off as “just cosmetics” isn’t helping anything. Caring about

At least this is a fight for representation. I commend that. People take more vain things too seriously with gaming, like rage and send death threats because their favorite pokemon isnt the game. A female feeling uncomfortable and misrepresented doesnt seem farfetched like those kind of gamers.

Yeah, we can only take games seriously when defending them as “art”. On every other occasion “they’re just games”.

Reading my comment back it sounds like I’m shouting at you, but what I was really going for was a cheesy emphasis on the word “acting” like he’s really hamming it up and not doing a good job of it (picture Jon Lovitz in those old Actors’ Theater sketches). I’ll give my joke a B and my execution of my joke a C-.

I think he's going for Welsh.

The Dark Saber and the Mandalorians’ connection to it was revealed a decade ago. There’s a statute of limitations on these things.

I didn’t realize the 2k20 in the title was the expiration date.

Rogue mage! Those who are not affiliated with the Brotherhood, are opposed to it, or have been decreed outlaws or outcasts. Most of them are mercenaries (they were hired by Witcher schools to resupply mutagens and help with the magic rites of the Trial of Grasses).

I missed Mousesack entirely, but now that you mention it Renfri’s reference did just barely register.

They get there eventually in that what she really wants is someone to love her for who she is. The baby seems like the answer after she watches the one she was guarding dies, because the Queen was just prattling on about how she was the baby’s whole world. A baby would have to love her.

I liked the show. But a lot of the complaints were valid. I personally think the good outweigh the bad, just enough to see if they can take the potential of getting better in the next season.

She made that choice before she had a child die in her arms, I guess she liked it so much that she wants to be able to do it again with her own?

I enjoyed the show and rewatched the pilot when I finished, it’s too subtle for it’s own good but immediately after a scene where Ciri tells her grandmother “you won your first battle when you were my age,” Renfri actually has a line of dialogue that Calithane’s first battle just occurred no long ago. Mousesack also
