I’ve pet the dog at least two dozen times and don’t have the achievement, alas.

Squad is a fantastic game. The controls are largely analogous to any modern shooter and it isn’t nearly as cumbersome as Arma, but it hits the same realism/simulation notes in terms of gameplay.

There is a pretty solid community there as well, which is good because it’s a game that shines when you’re playing with

I don’t mind it in co-op because it incentivizes playing different roles but it should be way easier to see and dodge an incoming ranged attack.

I’m actually having a lot of fun with this despite bouncing off the beta. The campaign is a treat for any Marvel fans and the combat is deep and satisfying. The biggest barrier to my enjoyment has been ongoing technical issues. I don’t have a top of the line machine but I’m pretty damn close and performance issues

IIRC the original basis for ship designs was intended to evoke the thought “that’s a gun” and drew heavily on the aesthetic of Aliens. Fitting, since most human ships in Halo are largely deck plating, armor, engines and missiles fitted around gigantic rail guns.

Folks seem to be cracking the combat system open too to reveal a surprising amount of depth with cancels and lengthy combo strings.

So we should expect Ghosts of Tsushima on Steam in 18-24 months I guess.

I uninstalled this game this week when I looked at my hard drive and saw it was occupying 184 GB.

Even if you aren’t much of a shooter player anymore, you should pick it up for the campaign alone. TF1 may have lacked a real campaign but TF2's is a genre standout.

The game is 100% unplayable. I launched the game, changed a graphics setting, and have since been unable to restart the game. Every single Rockstar fix breaks the game in a different way. Setting the game to administrator causes a different error. Setting the launcher to admin causes a different error. There is no

VR shooters are really fun when they work. Creeping through maps from Halo or Goldeneye in Pavlov with a handgun or submachine gun is great fun. A multiplayer shooter where you can actually peek around corners /works/.

What doesn’t work is shooting long rifles without a gunstock accessory. Trying to aim and fire a

There are a whole bunch of fights that can be simplified with destructibles in the levels. Example: In the very first mission, when they teach you how to mark targets, if you wait to engage, two drones will pick up an explosive barrel and begin walking with it. You can wait for them to walk closer to the other drones

Looks like this is based on the Outbreak event, maybe? That seemed at the time like a lot of art assets and work for a very limited run.

That doesn’t square with the radar signature moving from nearby to the CAP objective 60 miles away.

Yeah no, you dumb motherfucker. Progressives in Los Angeles are the ones calling for his resignation. Try again.

Many folks in the community are scared of retribution if they speak up. The lack of support for victims from local legislators and leaders has everyone feeling vulnerable.

He’s hoping he gets fired so he can be a martyr for hashtag resisters and the conservatives that pretend to be bothered by Trump.
