For the record, everything he’s saying I pretty much deduced from the gameplay footage available online. It looked like a talented team of guys who want to make a good game but popped out a soulless little thing that nobody will remember because of the constraints of developing a licensed tie-in on a very short

They’re been removing the “world” from world of warcraft for a while. When the LFG system went in, half your time was spent standing in one place in your city of choice and the other half was clearing a dungeon while not saying a single word to people you will probably never see again.

I don’t think it happens anymore but back in the day people would organize raids to kill opposing faction leaders pretty regularly and there is/was a mount you got for killing all of them in WotLK.

I saw a band called the Limousines perform at the Troubador in December of 2013. Christopher Mintz-Plasse (McLovin, Superbad) was performing as an opener with his band Young Rapscallions. He had quite a few drinks after his set and during the Limos set, he ended up standing behind me most of the show. He repeatedly

I feel particularly burned because this is not typical for Bungie, and as someone who has been very involved in the Bungie community for literally half of my life, I generally have very high hopes, and expectations for how Bungie handles things. Whatever happened at the studio in the last year of development that

Because so much of what was implied would be part of the Destiny experience wasn’t. Because the game we got is not the game any of us thought we would get.

Fedora apologist.

First Cloney, outfitted in a fedora and overcoat, physically tried to stop Switzer, but she avoided his clutches.

They're future scifi space guns. Half of them do not fire kinetic munitions and even the ones that do utilize borderline magic technology.

Singing along while playing guitar in Rockband actually helped me get over the weird mental block I had to playing an actual guitar while singing. It was like one of those “pat your head and rub your stomach” things that I just could not do.

Bungie also has a newer, less awesome reputation for reaming their fans with piece of rusty rebar. I imagine if we actually get a raid this year (content that I can all but guarantee was intended to launch with House of Wolves) it will be, like the existing raids, bogged down with major bugs that are left unfixed for

Existing advertising material like the screencap in the OP stating that House of Wolves will launch with a raid.

Right. Exactly. You are proving his point. The House of Wolves expansion does not come with a raid. Purchasing House of Wolves does not guarantee you access to the raid intended for release later this year. There is no guarantee that raid won’t be released as part of another piece of paid DLC.

Did you read the article, at all?

There was a significant 'leak' a while back that couldn't really be verified about Jun (from Halo Reach) being augmented with Forerunner technology and sent to hunt down the Master Chief by ONI.

There was a pretty big supposed leak a few months ago of a draft of the game's script that strongly suggested the Office of Naval Intelligence plans to use the remaining Halo rings as weapons to enforce UNSC control over the outer colonies and Covenant worlds. The Chief goes off on his own to stop this from happening,

I think I agree with your general sentiment, but if you've been playing Heroes for more than the past month or two you'll know how incredibly slow the pace of development is. There is no dedicated Heroes team. Rather the Starcraft 2 team alternates between working on the SC2 expansion, and Heroes. This is why the game

This is an issue in my current relationship.

I want to like MW2 and the assorted mods, I really truly do, and every few months I end up installing it again and trying to get into it. But then I feel like I'm fighting the camera controls, or get upset when I order a cavalry charge and the impact/unit penetration is not really simulated.

I think the next Total War release is an actual Warhammer fantasy title.
