Right. Exactly. You are proving his point. The House of Wolves expansion does not come with a raid. Purchasing House of Wolves does not guarantee you access to the raid intended for release later this year. There is no guarantee that raid won’t be released as part of another piece of paid DLC.

This is an issue in my current relationship.

I want to like MW2 and the assorted mods, I really truly do, and every few months I end up installing it again and trying to get into it. But then I feel like I'm fighting the camera controls, or get upset when I order a cavalry charge and the impact/unit penetration is not really simulated.

For the record, I'm pretty sure it's only locked this week. Currently people who DO own the DLC can only play the new Hive strike by completing a bounty you receive from Eris after finishing all the new missions. One bounty unlocks the weekly heroic, and the other bounty unlocks the nightfall. As far as I'm aware.
