They better not raise the price. $50/year is worth it IMO if they add more systems, but more importantly, more GAMES. It’s like if Netflix had launched with ten movies. C’mon.

I agree. There is no personal style with this one, no through line to her clothes. Nope. I voted for her three times. All my friends and I who worked for her are outraged at her betrayal. She is deeply unpopular in AZ.

I don’t know who this Jack Kirby person is, but The Eternals are a TOTAL ripoff of DC’s New Gods.

No one underestimates her talents. She’s been a politician for years, hasn’t she? Being cynical about the money backing her decision-making isn’t suggesting she’s not good at being a politician — quite the opposite. She knows how to work the public and keep her corporate backers happy, which takes some skill.

Yeah, this isn’t, “Oh my, her cleavage is showing!” 100% that vest would be a topic of conversation if a man wore it.

Everything about this movie seems so bland. A bunch of superheroes no one has ever heard of fighting the most generic CGI monsters imaginable against a muted backdrop.  This is just impossible to get excited for.

There’s a pocket community on the internet that is ardent in its belief that comics from the 1970's were awesome and the films should be more faithful to the source material. I am a life long comic book nerd but up until a few years ago if someone said “The Eternals” I would say “Who?”. 

Usually, TPC wants Pokémon to make their typings obvious, and if a Pokémon is mostly white, that means it’s at least partly an Ice-type.

Plus the Inhumans have a history of vaguely interesting characters and stories (I do say vaguely). But that show ruined our chances of ever seeing any of that on screen. 

Eson still probably told them to not get involved.

How the hell are these huge billion dollar companies so much worse at emulation than a bunch of amateurs who do this as a hobby?
