Of course Alaska is a better place to visit than Florida. It's fucking beautiful and clean here, and the people are helpful, friendly and honest. And everyone here smokes weed anyway, now it will be legal.

Please tell me you at least went to the horrible witch museum with the ancient animatronics. It's so bad that it's good.

Ehm, in my best Devonshire dialect, " I saw Goody Davies with the devil!!"

2. I watched porn for the first time.

The decade seems to have little to do with it. People still wholeheartedly support Polanski today. A ton of people at Cannes signed a petition in support of him a few years ago. I think Tilda Swinton and Christoph Waltz signed it, which just makes me ill.

If they are cool with dudes fucking 13-year-olds...

I don't know what you mean, here.

She released the first volume last Christmas. About her childhood and early modeling days. She really attracts weirdos. Her first boyfriend was Terry Richardson's dad. Yep, that Terry Richardson. His dad rivals him for horribleness. Used to beat Angelica a lot.

Ugh, Roman Polanski is the WORST.

I immediately sent it to my brother and his wife, with apologies.

Are you suggesting that a blog filled with nothing but clickbait will...succeed?

Clickbait. It finds a way.

I must collapse on the nearest available fainting couch. Anthony Weiner lied about how many House of Cards episodes he watched?! I'm not sure I can handle a revelation of this magnitude.

The description of this post as "fact-checking" needs to be fact-checked.

It may have already been mentioned, but I highly recommend "Level 4: Virus Hunters of the CDC" by Joseph B. McCormick & Susan Fisher-Hoch. They really set the record straight about Ebola.....along with a few subtle insults for Preston.

Ferngully 2: Hemorrhagic Boogaloo

So FernGully 2?

Hurray, I'm glad to see this article getting a full display at io9, especially since Richard Preston didn't just promote myths, about Ebola, he practically invented the whole 'People Dissolving Disease' meme that is so common in shows like Fringe and Helix.

But there isn't any character development. He just goes on a very, very, very long trip. If anything, he just gets more bitter, for having waited so long to kill Tywin. "Oh man, sucks that I'm stuck on this boat/whatever, but man, I hated that guy." = 200 chapters.
