Early access games are understood to be unfinished. Properly released games are supposed to be finished. If word travels that the "finished" game is unfinished, without the context that it was accidentally released, that will hurt overall sales.

I'd buy the shit out of that game. It's like, everything I want out of a ludicrous game.
