Eeehhhh... I mean, the Star Citizen ship is a one-man salvage vessel, so the Vulture name clearly comes from it’s function and not copying the EVE ship. And the yellow is likely again because it’s an industrial salvage ship, so it’s probably ripping on the US ‘caution yellow’.

So I’m pretty sure this is just

Hard rule? No idea, you’d have to ask the devs.

General guideline? Yeah, that seems to be the case. He could be in the next game, on the next console, but probably not Ultimate.

I’m hoping this game sells fantastically and encourages Capcom to start churning out a variety of Rockman/Mega Man games again.

Legends 3, a revival of the X series, a new Zero/ZX game made in partnership with Inti Creates. Maybe even a new game in the vein of Battle Network/Starforce.

Sure, but my point was that the show was not entirely Smash. Honestly, I’m probably most excited for the new Fire Emblem (with armies!) and Daemon x Machina (which looks to be Armored Core with a slightly different art style).

Just because there wasn’t anything that personally appealed to you doesn’t mean that “for

Important note: it’s not at all uncommon for fighting games to build off a prior version by carrying forward the engine and key assets (the former is in fact very common in all iterative game series). That’s never made them ports, they’ve always been regarded as new games.

DB FighterZ is coming to the Switch now, so... yes?

F-Zero fans would like to have a few choice words with you.

Fire Emblem? Mario Party? Daemon x Machina? Pokemon? Smash did take up an absurd amount of the show, and I hope we get some other bits of information before E3 is over, but there was other stuff in there.

They probably should have at least mentioned Metriod, Yoshi, and Bayonetta, though. On the flip side I wish the

OMG this shit drives me crazy. Like people saying Sony “won” because they want all the PS4 games but none of the Switch or Xbone ones. Like, good for you, but I was only interested in two of the whopping four games they focused on.

XBox’s show impressed me in large part because they had something for damn near

Not really? There’s... seven games coming out in that window that I plan on picking up, only one of which is multiplatform. And that’s just what’s on my radar, so I’d imagine there’s a good bit more than that. Though admittedly probably not much more in terms of first-party stuff. And for comparison, there are six

Yeah, I honestly would have taken a good single player ‘campaign’ like Subspace Emissary over playable Ridley.

Not only does it give you something more to do solo in the game, but it also gives you a way to do a good bit of training in a less grind-y environment than Classic/Arcade mode or playing normal matches

Daemon x Machina. Oddly absent from the article but the first thing they showed off.

It was nice to get a lot of Smash info, but I’m so disappointed we didn’t get any exciting game reveals I wasn’t very excited by their game reveals. :/

Yeah, my schedule is packed from September until early December. Spider-Man, SNK Heroines, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Mega Man 11, Forza Horizon 4, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Super Mario Party, Starklink, Soul Calibur VI, Fallout 76, and Smash Bros Ultimate. And those are just the games I know I’m getting.

While I agree with your premise, you need to remember that servers won’t have thousands of people. They said servers would have ‘dozens of players’ so I’d guess you’ll only be looking at numbers between 20 and 50.

Also if the codes are unique and keyed to specific silos it’s possible that you could hord them.

I’m still

I’m curious as to why you think that’s such a sure thing. None of Nintendo’s other consoles have gotten a mid-life update. At least, not their primary at-home consoles, which despite being mobile, the Switch is.

Yeah I’ve pre-ordered for now (I’m a big fan of both Bethesda’s games and Fallout), but if it’s very MMO-ish and/or there’s no mod support whatsoever, I’ll be dropping that.

Yeah it’s not many franchises that fall to ruin only to rise back up, especially not in such a true-to-the-originals form. It’s really impressive how Wolfenstein and DOOM have come back to the forefront of gaming.

The Rage guys at the very beginning were the only ones I recall ‘begging for applause’, and it seemed like it was impromptu, possibly covering for some issue since there was an awkward hiccup there. Well, maybe also the stupid Elder Scrolls branded Hearthstone as well.

Doom got applause. Prey got applause. VR got

This. If I can have my own friends-only server with mods enabled, then I’m good with this. If I’m forced onto a server with xXxfedoratipperxXx, then we have a problem.
