After 2008 all Diesels have become an overcomplicated expensive exhaust smog nightmare, sure is clean, but for Jalops that buy used and expect to go 250xxx+ miles, its just not finantially feaseable, hence I will keep my 03 cummins ram until rust takes it away...

Jeep did have true competitors, but they all left the market, they still have their fans, Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 series, Nissan Patrol. If the companies bring them back removable doors, removable roof, solid axles, they will sure have their sales, an alternative to the great Chrysler quality.
