I wouldn't want to be in a 135i doing 304km/h. Lack of highspeed aero and aero balance would be pretty sketchy! The Turbo on the other hand, no problem.

As a previous dealer principal you're absolutely correct in that the Japanese dealerships are forbidden to offer cars for sale over their actual MSRP. then again, I am in Canada and the Canadian dealer it's our lot more regulated than the American dealerships. Or at least that's what I have seen and heard.
