I'll be disappointed if I don't see a breakdown of the Police Academy series in this feature. I've sat through all seven in a sitting on MULTIPLE occasions (alcohol was involved, and it was for charity), so I'd like to compare notes.

Embrace your mortality. Let it go gray.

Semi-Pro and The Campaign also have their moments.

Possibly. He and Frank Sobotka take turns being my favorite character.

Is this the first time The Colbert Report has won for Outstanding Variety Series? If so, it's been a long time coming.

Exactly. The women's world record for the half marathon (13.1 miles) is 65:50. The men's record is 58:23. @KingofWildThings:disqus, your friend is lying to you.

Disqus is totally screwing @avclub-eaa88660d97aa2a15400335bcf9d93ac:disqus out of dozens of likes.

Wanderlust didn't wow me at first, but I keep catching it on HBO and I gotta say, it's a grower.

Neighborhoods to consider: Columbia Heights, Mt. Pleasant, Adams Morgan, Logan Circle, Petworth/Pleasant Plains, Bloomingdale, U Street, H Street NE, and maybe Capitol Hill. They vary in safety (and subsequently affordability) but are all pretty happening if being social is your thing.

Oh, I don't have a horse in this race. If drive-ins can keep turning profits, let them stay. I kind of like 'em. But it looks like the point of this campaign is to raise funds for drive-ins that can't afford this necessary technological upgrade, thus proving that maybe the market is telling us that it's time for them

I'm as nostalgic for drive-in theaters as the next guy (the first movie I ever saw was E.T. while sitting in the back of the family station wagon), but is it really that bad if they cease to exist? I can now watch a movie in a climate controlled theater with a pretty good sound system, or just wait a few weeks and

Marah, I would like to thank you for your genuine response to my incredibly stupid comment.

I would like to have seen Marah ask more questions about what Drew Carey smells like.

@avclub-da496e2db2e50a068b4ae5549d4ae1b0:disqus I get that a lot.

"We also videotaped this. My friend has 17 videos of me breaking wind on his phone."

It was crowded as hell in there and I missed @Dikachu:disqus at first, so I just hung by the bar. Eventually a nice young man approached me and said "are you friends with Dawes?" (he hasn't posted here in a few years due to his office blocking disqus, and I'll refrain from using his civilian name). He and I shot the

@Dikachu:disqus doesn't actually have a dick on his face. That was a devastating revelation.

It had everything: awkward approaches to/from complete strangers; craft beer; a few fist fights. Just an absolute gem of an evening.

I think Baltimore is a swell town! In fact, I'll be there tomorrow for Timberlake and Jay-Z.

@avclub-4b0732dd2e072509479e21645ba653b3:disqus Gotcha. I'll be the skinny blonde guy with a purple and gray striped shirt.
