I had the same surgery (I’m sure mine wasn’t as badly damaged) on my right shoulder in April. I was golfing again in late July, with some soreness and tightness. If I was right-handed, I definitely could have been throwing a football by August.

I liked using it with Alien: Isolation since it required me being quiet so the Alien wouldn’t hear me.
