Happened to me last year, rock hit it on the highway and the crack was too large to fill in so a replacement was needed. Thankfully I only have a HUD and automatic wipers but the replacement was over 2500 at the dealer (insurance covered OEM), so I can’t imagine having to recalibrate anything.
