That begs the question, Do they all have slop in the steering gearbox? Mine has quite a bit of play which equates to about several inches of side to side steering wheel play. I just assumed that even with 84k that the gearbox was just worn and a replacement would make it tighter. That’s a big cost to pay and probably

I love my 1984 380sl. What a classic. I prefer the round headlights, but the square lights still work nicely with the body lines.

Looks pretty good for thermal plastic. My only critique would be that the shape of the center prong is too wide, just needs to be thinner like the prongs on the sides. Otherwise, it’s spot on.

“...head turning aerodynamic wedge shape.”

The locking lug removal kit is worthless. Several Techs have purchased different sets over the years only to find out every time that they don’t fit and you end up have to resort to the old 12pt socket method. Heck the extractors only work half the time since they have to fit just right.

Is that Randy? From the Trailer Park Boys?

I agree 100%. I don’t have time to wait for someone to speak when I can read it faster. I also can’t do sound at work and the network stinks, so videos take a while. Just give me some text to read and I’m happy.

Coming up on the passenger side to find out what the bird flipping passenger’s motivation is only turns the situation into a confrontation. Nothing good will come of a traffic stop with agitated people.

I guess they didn’t plan on putting proper windows in it either. I’ve seen less waves at the beach than there are in those windows.

Yep, it’s guys like this that give the rest of us a bad name.

It’ll be time for a new beater when that leaking water pump causes the timing belt to jump time and the valves get bent. Those other issues sound like they are manageable.

Not sure I fully understand the hate towards this guy’s cosplay. Seems to me it’s a pretty damn good idea. How many other Dragon Ball cosplayers have their own Numbis to get around on.

Thanks. One might expect an article about such a car to include pictures. Just say’n.

Gasoline is dangerous. Lighting a cigarette while filling up your car on a hot day could lead to fiery death.

I’d find that excuse more plausible than the “Affluenza” defense. But yes, I imagine that this will be used more often now.

AAA Roadside members in some clubs can participate in the “Tipsy Tow” program. Not all clubs do this, so you’ll have to check with your club to see.

Or you can just make your own sweet Gremlin for your desktop.

I was impressed by Smokey’s use of a fan blade on the alternator pulley. It didn’t charge when sitting still, but it did when you were moving around the track. There was no power loss from belt drag since there wasn’t one.

Hmmm. Gripz eh?

I see a liquor store and a Firestone in the picture. So was it a drunk? or was it an hot dog tech taking a joy ride?
