My theory is that all these UFOs are actually time traveling humans ... and the ones that crash are time machines that aren't perfected yet ... they travel back in time and some fuse box blows in the rickety, dangerous and risky time machine and it crashes ... the ones that don't crash are perfected time machines ...

Corporations exist through frameworks created by sovereign governments, so they are in this case IMHO extensions of government.

As long as the United States respects the UN treaties we've signed about the Moon ... no private company will ever exploit the Moon's resources, and rightly so ... human kind as a whole can exploit space, as represented by sovereign nation or multinational space programs, but ... lets keep private industry out of it
