On a closer review, I see no confirmation of a chilling function at all. I think this review misunderstands and makes up features that don’t exist. 

And meanwhile, the lack of ‘saute’ option on a blender is among the most bizarre review complaints I’ve ever seen.

I’m guessing the battery pack is partly present in the front, plus tucked into the gas tank region. That’s the best way to reduce changes to your design or manufacturing process, which I have no trouble believing they prioritized.
