Got to play with one of these day before yesterday. Very solid phone, nice looking screen while the 3d was off. Wish they'd skipped the 3d, really - it was shockingly bad.

Yeah, not that scary. Other than the size of the hail, this was no worst than the opening minutes of a typical Spring/Summer thunderstorm here in Western MD, and we're not known for any sort of extreme weather, other than too much snow. I'd imagine most midwesterners would welcome some microbursts like this over

No ambient light - just changes color.

Guess everyone else had more luck with the cork than me. And yeah, screw/claw hammer method is pretty good. Matter of circumstances though - came up with that one while remodeling our new home with a liquor store right next door. Kept getting bottles of wine and forgetting the corkscrew.

For all you know, Colten has a solar array on the roof to offset his computer equipment. And, for all you know he has a real business need for that many displays.

Yep. Or awareness campaigns and recycling bins at their client stores for the "disposables."

I think they're sorta cute. And I'm not terribly opposed to sharing the house, or even a little food with them. But when they start shitting on the counters — sorry, last straw. I might get a little homicidal with a human house guest who ate my food and shit on my counters too, so it's nothing personal against the

I'm with some of the others here — Have you ever actually tried to push in the cork on a bottle of wine? Near impossible, though if your wine bottle has a bigger air space at the top than any I've seen, perhaps it would be easier.

Different strokes for different folks. I like a nice car as much as the next guy, but I like them low key. That's for sitting at the curb, rolling down the street. My PC sits on my desk, in the privacy of my home — and I like them to look flashy.

Thermaltake Level 10 GT —- A buddy was shopping for a new case recently, and I walked in while he was watching a video review of this one. I didn't believe him that it was actually a Thermaltake Level 10 until I hit Google and found out about the new addition. I hate it - It's like the KIRF edition of a 1st gen Level

They're made up of long exposure stills, not video. Hence the deeply exposed sky details.

Not a very typical usage, but I think they mean "To arrange similar objects such that each is ahead or above and to one side of the next", not "To arrange similar objects such that each is ahead or above and to one side of the next."

Not sure why this is surprising. I was puzzled when throughout the E3 coverage all the press was stating with some sort of authority that the Wii U was no more powerful than a current gen console, inspite of the fact that they had no specs. I think it's reasonable to assume that something built a few years later would

Skimming over the comments, I feel like I have to defend a cable company (scary, right?). I must be lucky - in my tiny college town Comcast sells me 12/2 and I get 15/2 when school is in and routinely see 22/3.5 when college is out. Love it. I'm not under any illusions that Comcast delivers this type of performance

I was seriously pissed when they brought it back. I loved that thing when I was 14. Bring it back while I'm still young and dumb enough to eat it? Noooo. They wait until I'm 30 and finally realizing I need to watch what I eat to bring that thing around and rub it in my face. Glad it's gone again, nasty horrible yummy

If we have to start collecting stupidity tax (I'm all for it) McDonalds is a prime candidate for a collection site — hence all the annoyance for them, since their primary customer base are the most likely to believe this.

It does. I don't use the code lock, but it's still handy for times when I catch my phone right after it times out - I set it to give me 5s to wake it up again before locking. It can be adjusted to different times.

A nice soft floor matt? I just bought something similar to that linked one from Lowes yesterday for $20.

I was wondering that. Would be neat, if it could work as a second New Controller
