Gotta say, the saddest banner I ever saw was at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Right next to their Stanley Cup banners from the 80’s, the Islanders hung a “Billy Joel - Nine Sold Out Shows” banner. Not team related, but pretty sad all the same, especially given its placement.

As for me being “full of shit” when it comes to my verdict on cyclists, I’m not pulling these statements out of thin air - what I’ve said is based 100% on experiences from driving and walking in the city I live in.

Yeah man, running cyclists off the road is my favorite hobby. I even keep score - 5 points for racing bikes, 10 points for hipster fixies. #CagerLife!!!!

Cyclists? PedalPubbers? I’ll settle this right now.....fuck them both. Both are annoying as hell in the city. PedalPubs are slow as hell and unnecessarily gum up traffic....cyclists also get in the way, and rarely have any regard for traffic laws or other people (be they pedestrians or drivers).
