car was coming up escape, not stationary. and there was a failure because the only way he could have made big bend was if he was a GTP from back in the day

Other car was coming back up escape road (at least 1/8-1/4 mi) and no gravel trap, just an escape road

mechanical failure...i was just before braking point on the straight, never slowed, even after going down escape road you hear nothing as far a braking was concerned...just the (nasty)impact.
