Maybe great for cellphones where the battery's 2 year limit prevents it from being used any longer, but a lot of people still use their tech for a long time. If by not lasting forever, you mean will start degrading in 15-20 years then yeah maybe. I'd say just make things out of easy to recycle materials if anything,

Who is this Tom guy? Bill Gates once said that nobody would ever need more than 640k of memory - at least he had a creative brain to take him past that erroneous remark. I hope this Tom guy is smart enough in other areas to keep his job.

Now.. only to guess what that eye was supposed to be looking at. If that were really a strip club... well for there to be THAT many things to be looking at in THAT many directions?.. man I don't know where you're going, but I'm in.

Yeah, National Enquirer probably has been right about a couple things in the past, but as a tabloid, don't they publish any degree of rumor?

These comments just go to show you that there's tons of apple customers out there ready to prove on the internet that they are asshats, just like Jalopnik points out BMW and Ferrari drivers are. They treat the world like shit because they think they deserve something.

@pjcard: In Japan it's more for the fact that women may be assaulted or molested or otherwise by lewd males in crowded cars. Not sure about Dubai - culture is different and I assume they don't have the crowding problem.

@RigAudio: CAPS LOCK can be buried next to him

Well, you can't fix the emotional types, but you can help out the computer illiterate and tactless by preventing them from accidentally hitting the caps lock key and entering, unprotected, the world of flame, all while trying to figure out how to turn it off. Those who think caps will get their point across faster

@DWBF1: "supreme boredom and ennui" combined with google, can be dangerous.

@Mirageowner: Did you see the front clip of that Crown Vic? If that Vic had pulled up any more, that would've been the cabin. Teaching your kids to drive safely AND defensively [e.g. being constantly aware and a good judge of cars around them] will do your family better than any car alone.

@jmoum04001: I'd say all the cars were totalled. The Vic took two hits, so its probable that it had more damage than either of the other two. Racing should definitely only be at tracks. With the competencies of "street racers" and the rest of American drivers who think driving is a right and don't drive defensively

@Elhigh: Of course - passing less hands makes the history easier to track. As long as it's not anybody's primary car then it may qualify.

@Elhigh: Crush zones weren't implemented on the Built-Ford-Tough cars of those days but given the damage to the accord, I'd say if he didn't have seatbelts, Grandpa would either have to be very strong or he'd have more than a bandaged head.

Just tip them more. If you're a regular, that's fine, but them using Groupon is a business decision.

@FromaBuick6: Now with more 5.0: It probably wasn't the most graceful of gear changes, but that much power is likely very hard to put down quickly, in addition to keeping it straight.

what's wrong with the paint? I could rock orange for a few years. A lot on this car is still original intact - yeah there's some cheap replacements, but cheap replacements are cheap to replace! NP

LFA PR bs. this should be produced by and branded properly as Toyota.

y u mad?
