It seems like a simple, non-partisan thing to get through the legislature, but each position has merit, and each person on all three sides thinks that their position is obvious.

Contra-roating blades isn’t anything new in airplanes/helicopters either...

I owned an FK8 for about six months and eventually sold it for the same reasons the author is talking about. In the rare instance when I had an open stretch of good road, the car was an absolute revelation and made me feel like I could just keep pushing it. The other 98% of the time it just felt like a regular Civic

I love the look and it’s a massive improvement (aesthetically) over the last gen. but I, too, am having some issue with that wing. It draws my attention for all the wrong reasons.

I love the look of the new Type R... except that stupid wing, it looks like something you would pick up for cheap from a low quality auto parts store, or even Walmart.

I’m speculating that, back in 2019, that’s how I got a brand new, $28,000 MSRP Volkswagen Tiguan, for $22k. Never confirmed it. Vehicle ran fine and I put 30k miles on it before trading it in last year.

Much like how the fastest car is a rental car, the funnest car to drive in the snow is your Friend’s Car.

Nothing will put a smile on your face like going sideways around an icy two-lane curve like turning the wheel on your Friend’s Car. Doesn’t matter what it is. It was always more fun doing donuts in a snowy parking

RWD all the way.

Millions of people misunderstand this to be a sedan.

In my comment I said the same thing. I have 2 cars, one with a V6 and one with an inline 6 and while I love those cars and couldn’t choose a favorite car, the inline 6 is the better engine. It is much smoother and has better torque across the power band. My inline 6 is 1L smaller than my V6 but feels stronger on the

The Chrysler Slant Six:

Well, I guess they learned their lesson from going no-button on their infotainment for a little while. Glad to see it.

I mostly like it. Too bad the beltline isn’t lower, and completely horizontal like Hondas of yore. This would enlarge the five rear/side windows behind the front seat, and improve outward visibility, and you know - enjoyment of driving.

2nd gear: how many Bolts can you make from a Hummer?

I was one of those Q3 Chevy sales and literally just got back from the ‘chip later’ portion of it.  Just had the heated seat module installed, about 1.5 hours at the dealer.  Perfect timing, just about to get the first real cold snap up here.

Totally agreed. My early 00s Volvo XC70 was honestly a better “truck” than most actual trucks because I could easily fit 8' boards in the back of it. My buddy’s Tacoma can’t even fit a bike flat in the bed without taking a wheel off, which was a feat easily accomplished by my old RSX of all things.

I finally replaced my flat roof last year, and the difference between “layers upon layers of black tarpaper and rubber” and “half inch insulation, rubber layer, silver paint” was ENORMOUS. Easily a 15 degree drop in the summer time.

Just last weekend my local TV stations were blasting Ridgeline ads all over the airwaves and also during the college football game on the ABC station.

I have been looking for a Veloster N, and there are only like 5 new ones in the whole country that are a stick shift........and all are nearly 40 grand.  Slim pickings is an understatement.
