Didn't the Lucid Air Sapphire beat the Plaid?

“Weirdly though those big dimensions don’t translate into big cargo space.”
Yep, a dirt bike with a Mazda rotary or a small turbine would make more sense here.
Assuming it will have the world-class ZF8 transmission?
Most people don’t know what fog lights are for* anymore, sonthey replace the bulbs with blinding white LEDs and leave them on all the time as auxiliary driving lights.
I've mentioned this in a similar article a few months ago, but being the practical type, i'd go with Ridgeline and Integra S.

I think the idea is to tie the sound/vibrations to the rpms, shift points, etc., so that it tells you (in vibrations) what it is doing. On the flip side, you can switch it off if you want a calming peaceful ride.
Being old school, i like the ones on the Jag XKE, as well as the ones on the Euro-spec XJS (not the U.S. spec!). I also like the headlight covers on the ‘78 Magnum, ‘cuz i’m weird like that.
They might as well just put a gaming chair and wheel in the cabin for the driver.
Pointless lift kits that reduce the truck’s capabilities.
Following in the tradition of the 300, outward visibility appears to be at a minimum. The high beltline and narrow roof glass gives one the impression of being in a cocoon. If this is done for excellent body shell protection and safety, that is one thing. But if it’s a design language, they need to go back to the…
Maybe if you’re moving the bike around a parking lot at a snail’s pace.
I guess it’s all in what you’re used to and what you want. If we’re going to spend $40k on an Accord , it’d be nice to have the heated wheel and XM radio offered on earlier versions and other Hondas (i haven’t even mentioned the lack of auto-dimming side mirrors, which are available on their trucks).
Have you actually spent any time with one?
Biggest issue would be warranty (i don’t think warranty coverage crosses borders).
I’ve seen where he takes the truck when elk hunting. My Ridgeline will get there no problem. It will probably actually get a little further, since it is smaller. Main thing is to have A/T tires so they don’t get gouged open on rocks.
It’s not the same. A built-in system is much more convenient, and the system Honda uses in their other vehicles records your favorite stations, so you can jump around to your favorite songs, etc. and not have to listen to commercials, goofy DJs, etc. Phone app is also dependent on cell signal and data streaming.
I’m guessing you don’t have a heated steering wheel. Where i live, you often drive in freezing weather 5-6 months out of the year, and sometimes in subzero temps. The heated wheel makes a huge difference in comfort, especially when the vehicle doesn’t stsrt blowing hit air for ten minutes. Much better than fumbling…
My wife wants a new Accord. However, the lack of a heated steering wheel, even as an option, is a bit of a dealbreaker for her, especially when coupled with the loss of XM radio.
