150mph?

Bicycle suspensions are not all they’re cracked up to be. While allowing for a somewhat smoother ride, they also add weight and, more importantly, zap energy from your pedal downstroke.

Spent many many hours on a Trail 110.  Very happy to see that Honda has brought it back, as a 125.  No dual-range, though.

I've always liked that TW200... figured it would be just the thing in the Nebraska Sandhills, where skinny tires can sink into the sand.

SxSs are also horrible on hills.

How soon will we see a 2wd version (like a Rokon)? With the e-train, surely it will be easier than the mechanical linkage that the Rokon relies on.

I don’t know if he means it, but Pat sounds a little bit belittling or condescending in many of his suggestions and comments. It’s almost like he made an oath to mechanics that he would try to discourage DIY and steer customers back to the shops.

The beak is almost long enough to be a Lexus....

That looks kinda like Burnt Orange, which is way better than brown.

There were some very nice colors back in the late 60s and early 70s. I miss those.

I wanted a green color for my last vehicle. There were like two of them in the whole country, the nearest one being over 500 miles away. So I settled for a good deal on a dark gray.

1) any chance they’ll have self-levelling headlights to go along with this feature? The glare from an oncoming stock F250's headlights is horrendous as it is - they’ve got to be some of the most antagonistic oem headlights out there.

I won’t lie. When I first saw the lead photo for this article, I thought that wing thingy on the back was actually the key to wind up the car. It really looks like some wind-up toy cars from the 80s...

Good read! It reminds me a bit of when I did my Advanced SCUBA training, where we had to descend to about 50-foot depths in murky water, and then navigate to and through a series of marker buoys using only our compass.

This thing is too tall. Here’s the fix: it needs a drop axle. But here’s the twist... you need to be able to rotate that dropped axle when you get to the offroady part.

This truck is boring BECAUSE it is so quiet and comfortable.

Just like 4wd!

My first thought was that it was built to evade radar.

Here’s an off-the-wall idea for a tool.... a bicycle computer! I used one of these for a speedometer for my truck back in the early 90s, before GPS was popular (yes, I use Torque Pro and Ulysse Speedo apps nowadays). I had changed the wheel diameter on my truck, which threw off the speedometer/ odometer of the truck.

I’ve mentioned this here before, but I nominate the 2002 Accord with four-cylinder and five-speed stick. It’s American, built in Ohio and available for purchase in America!
